FAQ

How do I find songs?

Click on Search (menu) then browse through all songs by clicking the first letter of either the title or artist. You can also refine your search to include MP3 or MP4 and with or without lead vocals.

How do I add songs to my cart?

Assuming you have search results, click on one or more checkboxes to select those songs. The click add to cart button at bottom of page.

What song formats can I download?

  1. MP3G (specialized player required) (audio and lyrics) (no lead vocals)
  2. MP4 w/Lead Vocals (plays on any MP4 compliant player) (lead vocals cannot be removed) (lyrics on screen)
  3. MP4 w/o Lead Vocals (plays on any MP4 compliant player) ( no lead vocals) (lyrics on screen)
  4. MP3LRC files with lead vocals for the SD512 or HD515 karaoke players

What if I need another format?

You can request other formats by writing to us. If there's enough interest, we may add other formats. In the interim, conversion software is readily available and you can convert your own from our MP3 or MP4 files.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover. No American Express or PayPal.

How do I download songs?

After successful payment, you will see our Thank you page. On that page will be a link to the Download page. That same Download link is on the menu too. You can view all your songs that you purhased before and of course any new songs just purchased. Click on each download link to save each song to your own harddrive.

Why can't I download my song? It says expired?

To remain compliant to publishing license agreements, access to songs must be limited to 72 hours. 72 hours after purchase, your download link will become disabled and access to that file will have expired. To gain access to that file, you must re-purchase that song.

I'm searching for a song and cannot find it. Why?

That song may not be available yet. But may be coming soon.
